1. Valuation & Purity Testing
All gold is assessed using certified purity-testing equipment in the customer's presence. Quoted rates reflect prevailing market prices at the time of the visit and may change without notice. Weight is measured after cleaning, and stone weight is deducted transparently where applicable.
2. Price Offer & Acceptance
The final offer is based on tested karat purity, net gold weight, and the live market rate. The customer is free to accept or decline the offer — no charges apply for declining after free valuation. Once accepted, the transaction is final.
3. Payment
Payment is made by cash or bank transfer only after the customer accepts the final offer and completes any required identity verification. Large payouts may be processed via bank transfer as per regulatory limits.
4. Ownership & Identity
Customers confirm that the gold being sold is legally owned by them and free of any dispute or third-party claim. A valid government ID proof is required for every transaction, and details are recorded for compliance.
5. Pledged Gold Release
For pledged-gold release, the customer authorises GoldBee to verify pledge details with the lender and settle the outstanding amount. Any remaining balance after settlement is paid to the customer. Pledge release is subject to lender confirmation.
6. Liability
GoldBee is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation, lender processing time, bank transfer delays, or circumstances outside its control. Estimates shared on call or WhatsApp are indicative only; the final price is fixed only after physical testing.
